ABOUT ABOUT

The Conscious Leadership and Self-Care Retreat is a weekend retreat set in the picturesque and accessible location of Mohonk Mountain House New York named by Travel and Leisure Magazine as one of the top 100 hotels in the world in 2015.

The weekend is designed to support the needs and challenges of busy and motivated leaders who need a moment to step back and reassess the leadership presence they are demonstrating at work, home and in thier community.

The weekend includes Personal and Professional Development sessions developed and delivered by three leaders in their field and a guest appearance by a leading mindfulness expert.

  • Medium level hiking in the picturesque location will be led by professional trainer Shelley Egazarian, an expert in corporate hikes and exercise for the busy executive.
  • Conscious Leadership, the art of being present in your communication, and the importance of self-care will be led by Michele Phillips (Director of Key Performance) as well as methods for making happiness a habit in your daily life.
  • Personal Leadership, Purpose and Meaning, Presence, Personal Brand, Positive Mindset, and Influence Workshops will be led by Shannon Dolan (Director of Performance Power International Pty Ltd).
  • Plus  wonderful networking opportunities with likeminded people from various industries from the Eastern Seaboard.

The weekend is designed to enhance your personal and professional presence as a leader through body, mind, and spirit. To support you in demonstrating the highest level of integrity through all aspects of yourself and to empower you further in believing in who you really are and in your own strengths, your authenticity, your personality,  your experience, and your story.

Taking time out of the business and the hustle and bustle is vital for this transformational process.

By the end of the weekend you will step away with greater confidence, stronger self-esteem, more awareness of health and vitality, professional presence, a sense of calm, greater understanding of personal strengths, renewed enthusiasm for your role and life, and more awareness of being “in” your life. It is a wonderful gift to give to ourselves and we do not do it often enough (if at all). As a bonus you will also step away with a new found network where you can continue to connect and provide support and engagement with each other.

All participants will be required to submit a pre-work form in which they can express information about their professional background, areas of strength and areas of development (held private and confidential between participants and coaches). All participants will receive a bonus 1.5 hour follow up coaching session with all three coaches, either face to face or via phone or skype (depending upon location).

All participants will receive a copy of Happiness is a Habit Simple Daily Rituals that Increase Energy, Improve Well-Being and Add Joy to Every Day by Michele Phillips and The Human Touch-Seven Personal Qualities You Must Possess for Professional Success by Shannon Dolan

Who should attend? Anyone in the business of leading others. Executives, Directors, VP's and CEO's. Conscious Leadership doesn't automatically happen when you have people reporting to you on an organizational chart. It happens when you connect your head to your heart, do the deep work on yourself and ask the tough questions. This weekend is for anyone looking to articulate thier own voice and bring clarity to their message.
