The Happiness is a Habit workshop combines the science of happiness (positive psychology) and what we know about health and fitness with the undeniable power of habits to create an easy to implement method for improving daily routines, raising happiness levels and increasing energy at the same time.

Topics include: 

An understanding of the Habits of Happy People and how to implement them into your daily routine. Ideas for New habits in each of four core areas: Mental, Physical, Spiritual & Emotional, and 90-Day Challenge Plan to keep you motivated and on track.
